Ainsley Homes operates a property listing and buyer matching platform that connects homeowners interested in selling their property with motivated buyers and real estate investors. We do not purchase properties directly and do not act as a licensed real estate brokerage.

You may submit information about your property and contact details through our forms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under the information you submit.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Ainsley Homes, including service updates, account notifications, and (where separately opted-in) marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent property information, impersonate any person, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

Ainsley Homes makes no guarantee that you will receive an offer, that any offer will meet your expectations, or that a sale will close. All offers come from independent third-party investors, and any transaction is solely between you and the buyer.

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by Ainsley Homes or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ainsley Homes and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
